The Alumni Ball took place on October 4th 2014 in the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, London with Kieran Quinn (2001) and his team.
It was a wonderful evening with just over 100 in attendance ranging from the class of 1971 to 13 students from next year’s graduating class.
The evening commenced with a Guinness and Champagne Dumangin reception, followed by a wonderful menu of beet root cured salmon, sirloin of beef and a stunning Peanut Soufflé. Bottles of Louis Latour accompanied this feast and set everyone up nicely for the raffle where some amazing prizes were generously raffled.
The band had the floor full, followed by a DJ and a pianist who finished the night off perfectly. The photobooth provided great entertainment – some great photos made their way back to the college 😉
Sarah Walsh (2011) did a wonderful job of heading up the committee, very ably assisted by Jack Conroy (2010), Cian Brock (2013), Laura Dowling (2011), Peter Bradley (2007), David Wilkinson (1975) and Ciarán Fahy (1986).
