 The Hotel:

Apex City of London is situated in between Bank and the Tower of London, so it is in the heart of the financial district and close to London’s most popular attractions. The property is chic and stylish, boasting 179 luxury guest rooms, Addendum Restaurant, Bar and Lounge and a state of the art gym system.

 The Role:

Responsible for maximising the performance of the front office functions (Reception, Concierge and Nights), through utilisation of effective management techniques, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service in front office and that the hotel is placed ahead of its competitive set.

The Candidate:

Extensive front office or reception manager experience in 4/5 Star environment essential. The candidate will have drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. Suitable candidates will have proven leadership and people management skills, and have good analytical and problem solving skills. Additionally excellent communication, attention to detail and outstanding personal presentation will be required.
