We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service, and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
Responsibilities of this hands-on role include the smooth running of Hotel banquets, Duty Management shifts, dealing with guest queries, and providing management assistance in other operational departments as required.
Strong C&B and Duty Management experience gained from a large, leisure / corporate 4* or 5* Hotel property is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service is required.
