- To assist HOD’s with management of the property.
- To deal with all guest and operational queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- To ensure consistent delivery of standards
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department at all times.
- Proactively plan to ensure each department is prepared for service based on awareness of business in the hotel.
- Maximise sales and profitability through creating an environment where staff are selling and up selling, using incentives and promotions etc.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation must be exceptional at all times
- “Hands on” and “can do” approach to work and very strong work ethic
- A working knowledge of Opera and Micros will be a distinct advantage
- Hotel management qualification desirable
