We are exciting to be recruiting for a chic 4 star Hotel in Sligo. They are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead, inspire and motivate the front desk team as well as co-ordinating the front of house duties and administration. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be hard working and able to liaise in a professional way with the existing team. There is a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction as the front office department is the main connection point between guests and the hotel.
- Hotel Management qualifications at least a 3 year course.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Assistant/ Manager in a 4* English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel.
- Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills.
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Front Office role including Reception, Reservations, Porterage and Accommodation.
