  • Office Administrator
  • Handle catering enquires and catering sales
  • Meeting customers
  • Sending out quotes
  • Good knowledge of social media and manage the business pages, sites, Facebook, twitter and Instagram.
  • Sales calls / cold calling
  • Admin to HOD’S
  • Dealing with the post and telephone answering
  • Coordinating detail for Christmas functions and parties.
  • Preparing weekly / monthly sales report
  • Manage and develop various databases
  • Liaise with the newspapers and magazines
  • Liaise with the website management company
  • Coordinate vouchers sales
  • Responsible for HR administration and filing
  • Liaising with printers

The ideal candidate needs to have:

  • Excellent  people skills
  • Strong  answering skills
  • Good attention to detail in everything they do
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Be able to work in a fast paced  environment
  • Outgoing / extrovert
  • Be discreet and  understand the need for confidentiality
  • This candidate should ideally come from a hospitality background
  • This is a fulltime Monday to Friday role
  • This person will report directly to the owners
