The ideal candidate will focus on developing the F&B departments, people and systems.
The Armada is building their food offering to an ‘artisan’ West Clare feel, they are developing their own sourcing methods of produce and their own production of food items with the launch of the Armada Farm this summer. Therefore someone who is passionate about this aspect of F&B would be a great addition to the team. It would also be a great role for anyone planning to set up their own restaurant or café business in the future.
Interested candidates should have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
There is a generous remuneration for this role and the successful candidate will be a senior member if the hotel management team.
