The Role

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager (BDM), the Inside Sales and Support Executive (ISSE) will help to attract new subscribers for Dobiquity and provide support services to existing clients. The sales element of the role will involve targeting prospective subscribers initially across the hospitality sector and making outbound calls to generate quality leads to be followed up by the Business Development Manager and Managing Director (MD). The support role will involve managing relationships with existing clients to ensure they are getting the most from their Dobiquity experience.

The Individual

We’re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record within a business to business sales and support environment. The right person for us will have a deep understanding of the unique characteristics of a ‘Software as a Service (SaaS)’ company and possess at least a broad understanding of the hospitality industry, in Ireland and Abroad – knowledge of other potential target sectors such as Retail will be considered a plus. It goes without saying that the individual we’re looking for must be a highly motivated team-player, have an ability to work on their own initiative and be an excellent communicator. Strong IT skills, proficiency with the main Office programs and familiarity with leading sales management software and online tools such as Hubspot are also essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The first, and most important, task for the person we appoint will be to quickly build their understanding of the Dobiquity offering, the sectors we are targeting, and the many potential benefits to be attained from an annual subscription with us. Our ISSE must really believe in what we are doing if they are to excel in the role.
