Cheval Residences are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager to join our award winning team at Cheval Residences.

The Cheval Residences brand has been established for over 35 years and we are a leader in the provision of exclusive apartments and luxury is our business! We have residences in some of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods and each residence has its own individual style, yet all share the same ethos and levels of service rarely enjoyed outside the world’s finest hotels. As our business evolves we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Development Manager that can help our brand continue to flourish.

As Marketing Development Manager you will be expected to plan, lead, and oversee all activities and operations of the Marketing department. Key responsibilities would include;

  • to produce and lead the marketing strategy and regularly communicate marketing activity to the internal stakeholders,
  • the management and development of the Cheval Residences website and mobile device application,
  • to be the guardian of the Cheval brand ensuring that the brand guidelines are understood and appropriately implemented.

The role is based at our Group Office in Cromwell Road, oversees a team of two and reports into the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced manager who has worked in a Sales and Marketing department of a luxury brand and within hospitality. Broad experience of using social media as a marketing tool, website development and good commercial awareness are all a necessity for this role. In addition to this, the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, organisation, planning and project management will also be key to a successful application.
