The 5* Intercontinental Hotel, Dublin (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) is currently recruiting for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to work in its Front Office team. This is an excellent role for an experienced professional seeking a management position in a well-known 5* Hotel.


About the position:

  • The main purpose of this role will be the delivery of 5* service to all guests staying in the Hotel.
  • You will support the front office and concierge teams where necessary
  • The position would suit an experienced manager with relevant experience. The position plays an integral role in constant development and improvement of the department, so a strategic mindset is necessary
  • This position will report directly to senior hotel management


Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Role would suit a customer focused hospitality professional looking to make a management move in their front office career
  • You will be a people focused manager to support and mentor all junior staff
  • An ability to identify areas for improvement in operations, customer service and standard development
  • Ability to represent the department at meetings when required.
