The successful candidate will be the senior member of the management team reporting directly to the General Manager.  The candidate will have proven experience in the luxury hotel market of managing a team to set targets and must demonstrate success in those positions. The candidate will have international experience and will have had exposure to the highest of standards. The candidate must have experience of managing budgets and payroll and reporting on same while fostering a positive and progressive work ethic, ensuring delivery of standards and guest satisfaction.   

In addition to deputizing for the General Manager the Deputy General Manager will have a very operational role working in the departments to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality guest experience, implementation of operational plans and development of the team.
