2 Duty Managers (ideally one with Bar experience and one with Restaurant Experience)
To liaise with the General Manager on the day-to-day running of the hotel.
To offer help and support and supervision skills to each department to ensure our teams are working together to create the best possible experience for each guest.
To assume responsibility in conjunction with relevant heads of department for your assigned department. Within this role you must ensure the smooth running of that department to the highest standards of customer care with on-going training to be implemented. You would also be responsible for staff scheduling working within tight budget constraints.
Carry out some management functions as requested in the following areas, accounting, personnel, and sales/marketing.
To deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner when on shift.
To attend meetings and training sessions as required.
To comply with company regulations regarding, fire, health and safety, hygiene and security.
To ensure HACCP & systems in place are completed on your shift.
Skills and experience required:
To have extensive experience in Food & Beverage, Reception & Housekeeping
Experience in delivering a high level of customer service.
Experience in management & coordination of staff.
Substantial experience in managing food & beverage.
Very strong communication skills.
Fluent English written and spoken.
