Restaurant Sat Bains is looking to employ a Top Class Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the Food and Beverage operation, maintaining and evolving the current working practices to focus on continuing in the creation of a World Class destination 2 Michelin star Restaurant with Rooms.

This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who is passionate about F&B. The goal at RSB is simple: to create world class food and service.

The Restaurant

RSB offers a tasting menu format to  guests with the option to choose from a 7 course or 10 course menu. The menu changes seasonally, with inspiration coming from world cuisines, and sourcing the best produce available. They also have a garden with beehives and greenhouses, allowing them to grow and produce their own herbs, fruits, honey and veg. The style of service here is best described as ‘relaxed professionalism’. 

Sat and Amanda Bains have been in business for 20 years. During this time the restaurant has received 2* from the Michelin guide, 5 rosettes from the AA guide, and 9/10 from the Good Food Guide to name a few awards and achievements.

The business employs approximately 50 staff and offers a very important work/life balance being a 4 day operation with 5 weeks holiday closures throughout the year.
