Assistant Restaurant Manager

The SpitJack Limerick will open its doors in January 2020 and we are currently looking for a passionate and experienced restaurant managers to join our team. The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie is an award winning restaurant established in Cork City in 2017. The SpitJack Limerick will be the second property and promises to be the most exciting restaurant opening in Limerick for years. Over two floors and with a €1.2m fit out it will lead the way in the Limerick’s dining scene. 

The ideal candidate

We are currently looking for the right candidates to manage our front of house operations. We would require the candidate to commence employment in the SpitJack Cork for a 6 week training and induction period. You would work alongside our restaurant management team in Cork in the capacity of assistant manager and then be involved in opening Limerick. This is an incredible opportunity and a fantastic learning experience.

The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a assistant manager or supervisor  in a high level establishment.
