Director of Guest Experience

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a guest centric mindset to join our team as Director of Guest Experience.

Here at Adare Manor we strive to ‘create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences’ and the Director of Guest Experience drives the spirit of this across the entire resort. They will oversee the Guest Service Call Centre, Butlers and Resort Activities to ensure each of our guest’s receives a truly exceptional experience whilst at Adare Manor.

Our Director of Guest Experience must have a genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting relationships with our guest’s ensuring they have a seamless experience. They are entrusted with planning and coordinating all of the guest’s stay by collaborating with all departments across the entire resort whilst ensuring effective communication. They will have the ability to inspire their own team and colleagues across the resort to enhance the service we deliver.

Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable.
