Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:
To lead the recruitment function for both internal and external positions, utilising our recruitment system – Occupop
To source, attract and hire new team members
To partner with hiring managers, providing guidance and support when needed
To be an ambassador for The K Club, bringing our brand pillars to life throughout the recruitment process
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy including the use of job boards, marketing and social media
To work with our Marketing Team to design and create recruitment campaigns
To attend and represent The K Club at both internal and external recruitment fairs
