Glamping & Camping Site Manager
Job Opportunity:
Full-time role for an enthusiastic, friendly person who enjoys interacting with guests and leading a team. On site accommodation is included.
Salary: €28,000 – €30,000 plus bonus of up to €2,000.
Duties:
· Responsible for the day-to-day management of the site
· Main point of contact for guests
· Welcoming and checking all guests in and out
· Ensuring guests are happy and dealing with any issues
· Replying to all enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
· Responsible for IT-based booking system.
· Ability to manage workload during peak season
· Scheduling staff
Skills and experience:
· Experience of working within the hospitality sector
· Excellent customer service
