Assistant Front Office Manager
Job Description:
• Having a strong presence in Front of House operations at all times
• To drive business results through revenue growth
• Room allocations and reviewing special requests
• Creating a positive working environment and leading by example
• To assist the Rooms Division Manager with recruitment and training of the front office team
• Managing and motivating the front office team to provide a high standard of service
• Handling customer complaints
• Managing the lobby area, greeting all arrival and departing guests
• Assisting with the monitoring of stock and office supplies
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Flexbility with shift times over a 7-day period
• Ability to work under pressure with a good sense of humour
• At least 2-years’ experience in a busy hotel front office department
• At least 1 years’ experience in a management role
