Front Office Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervising the operations of the reception check in and out procedures
• Supporting team members in handling guest requests and enquiries
• Room allocations and reviewing special requests
• Handling of complaints
• Managing and motivating the front office team to provide a high standard of service


• Flexbility with shift times over a 7-day period
• Ability to work under pressure with a good sense of humour
• At least 1-years’ experience in a busy hotel front office department
