Sales Manager – Corporate and Groups
We are currently looking for a full time “Sales Manager – Corporate and Groups” to join our fantastic team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Head of Sales & Marketing and Commercial Director, in line with the policies and procedures of DUKES London responsible for proactively driving sales revenue into DUKES London.
Ensures that set revenue and activity targets are consistently delivered. As a Sales Manager at DUKES London, you will play a crucial role in promoting the DUKES London brand, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining knowledge of the brand, its competitors, and industry trends, achieving financial and non-financial objectives, assisting in client acquisition and retention, and collaborating with various departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
You will manage existing portfolio of local corporate accounts and drive new local business to DUKES London, this includes events spaces and GBR Restaurant. Proactively manage MICE agencies to drive smaller sized groups both leisure and corporate.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales is preferred, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English with experience using Lanyon and CVENT.
