Brand Operations Manager – London Waterloo

PPHE is hiring! In this central position as Brand Operations Manager, you will be part of the Commercial and Brand Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand operations and Guest Experience, you will be responsible for the execution of PPHE Hotel Group’s brand strategies, through the development and implementation of brand experiences and standards.

Your main duties as a Brand Operations Manager:

Assists with developing, preparing and implementing the Brand Operations and Guest Experience strategy for each brand across all regions.

  • Assists in developing the PPHE Brand Standards for all Brands in conjunction with Brand Marketing Manager and Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Lead for Project roll out – Service optimisation – Project Optimise.
  • Brand Standards review and suggest updates annually.
  • New brand initiatives – Suite Experience/M&E as examples- creating full project groups and standards. Create and keep live Brilliant Basics list of brand approved products for both art’otel and Park Plaza.
  • Work closely with Procurement ensuring consistency of brand approved items.
  • Manage Brand Audit annual roll out, creating tools, support documents for hotels, waiver creation and ensuring all action plans are in place and completed.
  • Focus on responsible business within hotels – working alongside the Director of Compliance.
  • Roll out trials in liaison with Radisson (Rad Fit for example).
  • Support Guest Experience Manager and the Development team
  • Liaises with Digital Experience Manager to ensure alignment and successful rollouts with operations and be in line with Brand Standards.
  • Ad hoc brand standards audit of hotels based on current trends and feedback, in liaison with Guest Experience Manager.
  • Breakfast focus with R&B team and Guest Experience Manager and Procurement.
  • Ensure Brand promotion, through Brand Immersion sessions with Operations Managers.
  • Work in cooperation with the Regional Vice Presidents to support opening, repositioning and renovations of hotels with Brand Operations.
  • Closely monitoring of industry and competitor initiatives and giving the hotels a competitive edge by taking advantage of niche areas and opportunities.
  • Always acts as an ambassador for team members and guests.
