Marketing Executive
The 5 Star Castlemartyr Resort are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive. Working in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating graphics and social media content as well as monitoring and creating content for the Castlemartyr Resort website and associated partner sites including our Michelin Star Restaurant Terre and our Traditional Irish Pub the Hunted Hog. This position is ideal for a driven designer or marketing graduate, with great opportunities for real on the job experience and to see your ideas in action.
Responsible for design and creation of branded content.
Responsible for creation of social media timelines/calendar, with creation of ‘on-brand’ content for these channels
Responsible for monitoring the Castlemartyr Resort and associated partner sites
Attendance at occasional trade events and industry events on behalf of the Resort
Ensuring all campaign deadlines are met
Putting ads in print media such as newspapers and magazines along with online advertising sources.
As Marketing Executive, you will:

Qualities we are looking for:
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedules
- Must have professional attitude
Advanced knowledge in social media account maintenance and management - Has excellent skills working with the Adobe Suite (namely Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and Excel, Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in website management and maintenance
- Previous experience in working with Google Forms, Mailchimp or any other similar platforms is desirable
- Possess a keen eye for attention to detail, with ability to edit and proofread promotional materials and complete detailed reports
- Being resilient and resourceful, while possessing a good attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Desire to produce within a tightly knit team and environment is critical.
