Food & Beverage Duty Manager
The 5* Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate, Galway (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) is currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for our Food and Beverage outlets on a Full time contract.
Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate is located on the bank of Lough Corrib on a 138-acre estate with the original 18th century manor house dating back to the 1740’s. The Hotel comprises of 73 guest bedrooms, Corrib Room (catering for meetings, events, and weddings for up to 170 guests), River Restaurant, Palmers Bar and Kitchen, Oak Cellar Bistro, 2AA Rosette Pullman Restaurant (an original Dining Carriage from the Orient Express), Glo Spa & Wellness and a 9 hole Championship Golf Course with 21 Bay Driving Range.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and progressive Irish hotel group, The MHL Hotel Collection , and work with the Management Team at Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate, Galway. The main purpose of the role is to assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the delivery of exceptional service, to our Guests in all food and Beverage areas. As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager you will play a vital role in assisting the outlet Managers and Supervisors in ensuring that all areas within the hotel are running smoothly and that the presentation and cleanliness of the hotel is to the highest standards at all times.
