Your new workplace is located directly at Donnersberger Brücke. The Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Munich City Centre West hotels have been open since 2018.
For the operational and strategic management of our hotels in Munich, we are looking for a Cluster Hotel Manager.
Your everyday life with us …
- Provide strategic and operational direction of the Hilton Garden Inn & Hampton by Hilton Munich City Centre
- Placement and development of hotels on the market both regionally and internationally
- Promote brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
- Recruiting new employees , overseeing the onboarding and leading the continued development of the team
- Optimization and control of all operating processes in compliance with the specified quality standards
- Responsibility and preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and the annual budget
- Development and implementation of sales, marketing and revenue strategies
- Operational support and guidance in all areas of the hotel
Your profile
- Training and studies in the hotel industry with several years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience in Rooms Division and Front Office Management
- Hilton experience desirable
- Good knowledge of the German hotel market, a pronounced quality awareness and excellent host qualities
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
