Learning & Development Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join our established HR Team.
The successful applicant will focus primarily on the Learning & Development function, which includes faciliting our in-house workshops, co-ordinating & implementing a comprehensive annual training plan from design to delivery, launching an accredited Leadership development programme and managing our online learning platform. They will also be responsible for driving our internal team communication strategy across the Resort.
This person will also support the HR team as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an innovative & creative training style & maximise the use of technology in training delivery.
Previous experience in a dynamic HR department is essential as well as an in-depth understanding of hospitality. A minimum of a 3rd level degree in HR Management and/or CIPD equivalent qualification, along with experience in a luxury setting is desirable.
