Restaurant Director
We are excited to be recruiting a Restaurant Director in the Carriage House to head this exciting operation.
You will lead a team of passionate professionals in our extensive operation which includes Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Private Dining Area & al fresco style dining Terrace.
We are looking for a proven inspirational leader with exceptional food and beverage knowledge who will be able to handle busy environments and lead his/her team effectively with passion, flair and motivation. Strong financial acumen is important for this role as well as natural leadership qualities and relevant luxury experience in a similar role.
