Workplace Community and Culture Intern
This internship placement will commence in early February 2024 and run until the end of August on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Community and Culture Intern to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a Workplace Community and Culture Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Attention to Detail:
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee experience initiatives.
- Review and proofread internal communications, presentations, and materials for accuracy and consistency.
Multitasking:
- Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Assist in coordinating various events and activities and managing logistics and timelines.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and contribute to employee engagement projects.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity by actively participating in team discussions and providing input.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze feedback and data related to employee engagement initiatives to help identify areas for enhancement.
Communication:
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications related to employee experience programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dispersed team.
- Enthusiasm for promoting an inclusive and positive employee experience.
