The Cafe Manager oversees daily operations, fostering a positive team culture through effective leadership. Responsibilities include staff coordination, maintaining service standards and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires adept multitasking in a fast paced environment, emphasising teamwork and a commitment to excellence while representing The Bookshelf and its interests in the best possible light, at all times.
The role covers a broad range of tasks from rostering, service, purchasing, liaising with suppliers and much more.
The ideal candidate will have an infectious enthusiasm for customer service, strong leadership skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

€32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
