Assistant Front Office Manager

The Blue Haven Collection is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our growing team across our Kinsale properties.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Front Office department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Guest Service Excellence: Leading by example in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception & housekeeping team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Assisting the Rooms division Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Financial Operations: Ensuring adherence to all financial procedures for cash handling, guest billing, and revenue management.
  • Hotel Operations: Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the hotel.
