Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR to join the team here at Bobby Byrnes.

This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our friendly and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate would be responsible, hardworking and show initiative & dedication in their duties. They will have excellent self-appearance and attention to detail and will work well as part of a very welcoming and friendly team. They will be a leader for the team and assist in any way they can to make the running of the business smooth and seamless.

Experience is essential with an understanding of the operational side of a hospitality business. Fluent English required.

Responsibilities:

Working with our senior manager to ensure smooth running of the pub
Allocating stations & duties to the F&B team
Allocating bookings to appropriate tables/areas
Leading the F&B team
Supervising in the absence of the senior manager
Excellent attention to detail and self-appearance
Ensuring that the highest standards and level of service are kept
Menu knowledge and upselling
Taking booking enquiries and queries
Handling complaints
Serving food and beverage to customers
