Duty Manager – Sligo Southern Hotel
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join our well-established, family-run hotel. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational and guest service skills. The Duty Manager will work closely with all department heads and oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth operational flow. Shifts will include weekends and cross-departmental duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and allocate staff duties
- Liaise with department heads and support team as needed
- Ensure health & safety, standards, and compliance are upheld
- Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues professionally
- Assist in service delivery across departments when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role or 1 year as a duty manager
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent English and good IT proficiency
