Food & Beverage Operations Manager – Castle Dargan, Co. Sligo

To supervise and maximize every facet of our food and beverage operations, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager & Duty Manager.

You will be in charge of predicting, planning, and managing F&B orders, personnel, and budgets as well as making sure that guests have an outstanding experience.

By continuously meeting and surpassing customer expectations, encouraging employee engagement, and keeping a focus on efficiency and quality, your major goal will be to maximize sales and revenue.

You will be essential to our F&B department’s success and to raising overall guest satisfaction by putting creative ideas into practice and upholding high standards.

Reaponsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Be involved in the design of exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
