Food and Beverage Manager

Charleville Park Hotel is recruiting for a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager the key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high service standards across all outlets.
  • Manage bookings, table plans and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Oversee menu development, stock control, and cost management to drive revenue and maintain profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a strong reputation.
  • Train and motivate the F&B team fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as responsible service of alcohol.
  • Work closely with other departments including sales and events, to maximise business opportunities.
