Hotel Duty Manager
Charleville Park Hotel is recruiting for a full-time Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager the key responsibilities include:
- To oversee the smooth running of all departments.
- To be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the hotel.
- To ensure the highest customer care is always practiced.
- To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
- To liaise with Deputy General Manager to forecast business on a weekly basis and to plan accordingly.
- To ensure that reasonable care is taken for Health & Safety of yourself, employees, guests and all other persons on the premises.
- To ensure that all hotel staff on duty are provided with the necessary information in regard to the relevant activities that are taking place in the hotel.
