Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Co-Ordinator
Purpose of the Job:
- To work with the Account Manager and Segment Marketing team to execute a robust and dynamic marketing offer at University of Galway and the private schools business in Ireland in order to meet the specific contract and commercial requirements.
- To provide an innovative and responsive student experience to all students, staff and visitors in Education sites in Ireland, with particular attention to marketing, social media, engagement and feedback.
- To build a strong and positive working relationship between all University & School stakeholders and Sodexo
Context and main issues:
- Ensuring lines of communication are open, positive and consistent news feeds are always available.
- Innovate new and interesting ways to connect with students, staff and visitors with an engaging calendar of events.
- Provide updates and reports to be included in monthly, quarterly and annual client review meetings.
- Ensure all performance is aligned and exceeds client KPI requirements.
Main assignments:
- Provide and maintain a uniformed approach to communicate to the students using our catering outlets at University of Galway and those that are not, to gain higher patronage levels
- Compile and implement a marketing and communications plan throughout the year that enables Sodexo to continuously communicate with students with regards to events, issues and promotional activity.
- To produce digital and physical marketing materials using associated software packets, and/or suppliers.
- Maintain and grow social media channels, increasing engagement and continuously pushing for innovation
- Compile and manage a digital marketing calendar of at least 2 campaigns per month
- Provide photographs, videos and updates of events to upload to Sodexo social media channels and gather
- for future reporting purposes
- Work with key stakeholders in each faculty of the University of Galway to build a community spirit and a
- collaborative approach
- Work with Student Union societies and communities to collaboratively understand expectations
- Work with local SMEs to bring new and exciting products to campus
- Work with Sodexo University management team to build relationships, agree objectives, create and support events in each outlet/department
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Sodexo operational team as and when required
- Provide support to Sodexo front line operational teams to deliver planned activity
- Manage the on-site comms with internal news, newsletter, announcements, updates and feedback
- You will be required to work at special events throughout the year to capture social media content and
- storyboarding for onward reporting
- Be a champion of and help to plan events that encourage the Sodexo team to raise money and volunteer for Stop Hunger
It is a part time role ~20/25 hours per week, and it can be site based or hybrid.
