Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead and elevate the Café du Parc service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor operations to deliver outstanding guest service
- Guide and mentor service staff, delegate tasks and manage rosters
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and cash procedures are upheld
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Partner with the culinary team to synchronise service delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in fast‑paced hospitality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional, energetic attitude
- Confident in carrying out briefings and team meetings
- Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
