Sales and Marketing Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts across accommodation, events, meetings, and our venues—including CASK our live music and events venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert sales leads for accommodation, conferences, meetings, and events
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
• Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activity
• Manage enquiries and bookings efficiently
• Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies
• Attend networking events and promotional activities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience / qualification in sales and/or marketing (hospitality background preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organised, and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Knowledge of the Irish hospitality or events sector
• Experience with CRM systems or digital marketing tools

Desirable Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Professional sales training or certification
• Knowledge of Irish corporate market, travel agencies, and tour operators
