Sales & Marketing Associate

Term-Time: Working during primary school term time – off during summer & mid term breaks

Hours: 9.30 am to 4pm Monday to Friday

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about sales, relationship-building, and contributing to the success of the Irish education sector, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in helping us expand our reach across Ireland’s educational sector. You’ll work closely with our experienced team to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive sales of our bespoke accounting and payroll services. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within the education sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational bodies
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Support marketing campaigns and attend relevant industry events
  • Manage the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving business targets
  • Provide input on client needs to help shape service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or experienced in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Organised, with good attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in supporting Ireland’s education sector
  • Full clean driver’s licence an advantage
