Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.
The Assistant F&B Manager will support the Hotel Manager in overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance and the efficient delivery of service across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of all Food & Beverage operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and effectively resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist with stock control, cost management and achieving departmental targets.
- Support the delivery of promotions, events and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost control principles.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
