Profile Description:

• Working with Failte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Agency, I am involved with a diverse network of Industry executives; owners and managers; business development platforms as well as the wider stakeholder community influencing tourism and hospitality development in Ireland. This keeps me directly engaged with Industry trends, skills gaps and career development opportunities.
• With experience in advising on business strategy and development, brand development and the ‘nuts and bolts’ of new business startups, I continue to have a strong network of Industry contacts across Ireland that I can facilitate introductions to. I also have experience in human resource development, training design, development, delivery and evaluation as well as in Facilities and Event Management.
• My current role in Tourism Marketing, Sales Research and Insights means I can offer direction on routes to market, channel insights, sales & marketing strategy to support students and young alumni planning career paths in the hospitality, travel and tourism Industry.
• I also have numerous years’ experience of supporting and coaching in competency based interviewing and career coaching across a range of Industry careers. I would be delighted to be of assistance to fellow Alumni
