Irish Educated, Globally Connected – Irish Embassy Event in Washington D.C., June 2018

The Irish Ambassador to the US hosted an event in Georgetown University in early June 2018. James Enright (1973) attended the event and sent me this wonderful summary of the evening:

“I was a proud SCHM Alumni last evening at the Irish Educated, Globally Connected event at Georgetown University which was hosted by Irish Ambassador Dan Mulhall.

I was even more impressed that SCHM was listed as one of the 33 Higher Institutions in Ireland that welcomes International Students. (listed no 28 on the photo below). This is great exposure for the college and hopefully we can recruit more US students to apply.

I was delighted that I attended. I was the only SCHM Alumni in attendance, but very happy to spread the word about our great college.”
