What advice would you give to your 20 year old self?

Anything is possible if you really want it.

In your life, what achievement are you most proud of?

Succeeded in an industry mainly populated by Oxbridge graduates. Worked in a top company with a really great corporate culture.

What qualities do you think are most important to have for a rewarding career?

Be kind, work hard, challenge yourself. Take time out to think strategically. Family and friends are most important.

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced during Covid-19?

Not seeing family and friends in person. I miss in person work meetings.

Do you have words of wisdom that you try to live by?

Adapt, adapt, adapt.

What advice do you have for current SCHM students who are looking for inspiration and hope?

Be optimistic. You are at one of the world’s best finishing schools. With your education and work placement experience you can hit the ground running as soon as you graduate. Most university graduates take a lot longer to make an impact. That’s your competitive advantage.
