At the Clanard Court Hotel, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hardworking Food and Beverage Duty Manager who will be primarily focused on collaborating with our senior management to develop and maximise opportunities in all food and beverage outlets; develop, lead, and motivate the team at all levels, while achieving key targets.
The successful candidate will take pride in getting involved operationally on a day-to-day basis as well as building relationships with the Hotel residents, non-resident guests, the local community, and our Team. He/she must be an inspirational leader with excellent food and beverage knowledge and a good insight into wines and cocktails. The ideal candidate will assist our senior management team in the everyday running of the property as a profit driven, customer focused, team-oriented business.
