Gallery Lounge Manager
As Manager of the iconic Gallery at the Westbury, you will be passionate about food and beverage with the ability to lead and motivate. You will be responsible for the smooth running of each shift ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion to maintain the high standard and tradition of our Afternoon tea, dinner and drinks service .
You will assist the management team in achieving budgeted target and serve guests in a friendly, timely and professional manner, encouraging and empowering the team to exceed guest expectations and deliver memorable moments.
As Gallery Lounge Manager, you will be a hands-on, lead by example Manager, knowledgeable about all departments within the hotel, proactive in your management style and skilled at leading and motivating the team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator, having worked in busy 4* or 5* properties.
